We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not 100% satisfied. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund. Returned items must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. We do not accept returns if you've had the product for more than 21 days.
**All Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns**
In order to return an online purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will email you a prepaid shipping label and we ask that you fill out the return form that was sent in your original package and include it with the return. Once we receive your return, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and a $5.00 return shipping & processing fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to send back your return using your own postage, you will not be charged the $5 return fee.
Please note, if you chose to pay extra to expedite your order, your shipping fee will not be reimbursed if you decide to return the merchandise.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return has been received and processed, we will send you an email confirmation and your refund will be credited to your account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your billing statement.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to replace your item(s) with something else, please follow the instructions to complete a return and place a new order.
